The present invention relates to a device for controlling a baseball game. The device for controlling a baseball game includes: a hand state detection unit outputting a detection signal of a predetermined state by detecting the position of user fingers and the shape of user hands moving in an X-axial direction and a Y-axial direction within a detection area; and a motion control unit determining a pitcher state selected by a user or a batting state by using a hand state detection signal applied from the hand state detection unit. When a pitcher selection button is selected by a hand detection signal applied from the hand state detection unit, the motion control unit determines a pitch type, a pitching speed, a pitching position, and a pitching time point by using the hand state detection signal applied from the hand state detection unit. When a batter selection button is selected by the hand detection signal applied from the hand state detection unit, the motion control unit determines a baseball bat position and a baseball bat batting time point by using the hand state detection signal applied from the hand state detection unit.
