PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous and rapid thermal processing system for timber that can manufacture a product for a highly efficient fuel from not only timbers from thinning but also timbers damaged by diseases and insects and the like having a limit in productization through a continuously rapid high-temperature thermal processing process.SOLUTION: The continuous and rapid thermal processing system for timber includes: a raw material hopper for preserving a woody raw material; a raw material supply and transfer part including a conveyor belt 260 for transferring a raw material supplied from the raw material hopper; and a wood roaster 300 including a feeding member 320 installed at the upper side of a body frame 310, being constituted by a cylindrical drum 330 in which a horizontal rotary shaft 331 formed at the center of the drum is rotatably coupled to the body frame, including a motor member 340 for rotating a rotary drum and a heating member 350 for heating a rotary drum, and being constructed such that the woody raw material fed through the feeding member from the raw material supply and transport part is subjected to a rapid high-temperature thermal processing in the rotary drum rotated by the motor member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
