PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make unattended cleaning and snow removal of a solar panel possible in accordance with changes of the seasons with extremely simple facilities although photovoltaic power generation as natural energy requires wide plottage and a large scale and it is difficult to perform maintenance such as cleaning with a manual work.SOLUTION: Two lines of guide rails are arranged from the water upper side to the water lower side, a wiper bar moving in parallel is moved from the upper part to the lower part perpendicularly to the guide rails and, thereby, the surface of a photovoltaic power generation panel is rubbed to remove staining. Therein, rain water falling on the panel is stored and is rubbed from a wiper bar with sponge as water for floating the staining. In winter while freezing does not occur as yet, a wiper for winter is moved from the upper part to the lower part and, thereby, snow removal is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
