The present invention relates to a device for cutting heavy waste, and more specifically, to a device for cutting heavy waste supported by the upper parts of multiple supporters installed on a ground surface and spaced at predetermined intervals. The device for cutting the heavy waste comprises: a first base; a second base; a first fixed frame; a second fixed frame; a plurality of pressing devices; a first rotary frame; a second rotary frame; and at least one cutting unit. The first base and the second base are positioned on the lower part of the heavy waste supported by the upper parts of the multiple supporters in such a manner that the first base and the second base can be detachably coupled. The first fixed frame and the second fixed frame are coupled to the upper surfaces of the first base and the second base, respectively, and are coupled to each other to cover the outer circumferential surface of the heavy waste when the first base and the second base are coupled. The pressing devices are coupled to one side surface of the first fixed frame and one side surface of the second fixed frame to be spaced from each other at a predetermined interval and press the outer circumferential surface of the heavy waste when the first fixed frame and the second fixed frame are coupled to cover the outer circumferential surface of the heavy waste. The first rotary frame and the second rotary frame are coupled to the other side surface of the first fixed frame and the other side surface of the second fixed frame and are coupled in such a manner that both ends meet to be rotated when the first fixed frame and the second fixed frame are coupled. The cutting unit is installed on each side surface of the first rotary frame and the second rotary frame. |
