PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a position of a member in a desired position when fixing the member to another member with the usage of a fastening member.SOLUTION: A position adjustment mechanism includes a first member, a second member, and a fastening member inserted into a hole of the second member and fastening the second member to the first member by being coupled with the first member. The second member includes an abutment surface abutted to the fastening member when being fastened to the first member, and a protrusion part having a portion abutted to the fastening member before the abutment surface when being fastened to the first member and provided on an end side of the hole in a position adjustment direction for adjusting a position of the second member, and the portion abutted to the fastening member of the protrusion part is deformed by being pressed by the fastening member, and serves as a part of the abutment surface after completion of fastening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
