PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical information prediction method, a program, and a physical information prediction device capable of accurately predicting a short-term change in the physical information of a user.SOLUTION: A physical information prediction method to be executed by a physical information prediction device 10 which predicts the physical information of a user includes: a step S8 for obtaining an input value including at least one score among an exercise score based on the exercise of the user, a sleep sore based on the sleep of the user, a stress score based on the stress of the user, a meal score based on a meal of the user and a profile score based on the profile of the user; and a prediction step S9 for predicting the physical information of the user by using a prediction expression including the input value and an adjustable parameter as the coefficient of the score of each input value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
