PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress missing of monitoring or errors of operations when monitoring and operating a plant by one or more monitoring devices.SOLUTION: A plant monitoring system according to one embodiment comprises: one or more control devices; one or more monitoring devices; and an operation management device. Further, each monitoring device comprises: a storage unit in which operation authority of a plant given to each monitoring device is stored; and an operation authority setting unit that transmits a change command of the operation authority to the operation management device, receives a change permission notification of the operation authority from the operation management device, and changes the operation authority in the storage unit on the basis of the change permission notification. Furthermore, the operation management device comprises a change determination unit that determines whether to permit a change of the operation authority included in the change command from the monitoring device with reference to an operational condition storage unit in which the operational condition operating the plant by means of the monitoring device is stored and an operation authority storage unit in which the operation authority given to the monitoring device is stored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
