PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor to which stability of detection sensitivity and detection accuracy has been imparted, a touch panel device, and a display device.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor 30 includes a transparent substrate 32, a plurality of detection electrodes 40 disposed on one surface of the transparent substrate 30 and two-dimensionally arranged in an active area Aa1, and a plurality of lead wires 50 extending from the respective detection electrodes 40. Each detection electrode 40 includes a conductive mesh 45 that segments a plurality of opening regions 47, and each lead wire 50 includes a plurality of first wiring metal conductors 51 extending from each detection electrode 40 to at least a non-active area Aa2.
