PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably absorb impact energy of an occupant by reducing friction between a winding drum and a housing.SOLUTION: A housing 20 holds a winding drum 10 between a first sidewall part 22 and a second sidewall part 23. A protruded part 12A of the winding drum 10 is protruded from a winding part 13 of a webbing and inserted into a second opening 26 formed in the second sidewall part 23. A friction reduction member 80 is coated so as to be thinner than a clearance between the protruded part 12A and a peripheral edge 27 at a portion of the protruded part 12A opposed to the peripheral edge 27. When an energy absorption member is subjected to plastic deformation, the protruded part 12A is deformed, and the protruded part 12A and the peripheral edge 27 come into contact with each other with the friction reduction member 80 interposed therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
