PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a packing work efficient by automating a rising and folding back work for closing an opening of a fried bean curd containing sushi rice.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an inarizushi comprises: a process of arresting the progress of a half-formed inarizushi R, obtained by folding downward an upper skin remaining end Q1 of an opening side of a fried bean curd Q filled with sushi rice P, in a conveying direction with a finish conveying structure V1' to position; a process of folding back a lower skin remaining end Q2 of the opening side of the fried bean curd Q to the down side of the upper skin remaining end Q1 of the opening side which has been folded downward, by standing the positioned half-formed inarizushi R by 90° with a standing device D while operating the finish conveying structure V1'; and a process of pushing an upper and lower skin bottom face Q3 side, which has faced upward by standing the half-formed inarizushi R by 90°, toward the finish conveying structure V1' from the upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
