PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and an inspection diagnostic kit thereof capable of simply, quickly, and accurately determining the presence or absence or the progress state of periodontal disease.SOLUTION: An inspection method of periodontal disease includes: an inspection method of periodontal disease which detects or measures calprotectin contained in a specimen of the gingival crevicular fluid or the saliva by immunoassay; a technique of collecting the specimen of the gingival crevicular fluid or the saliva; and a technique of detecting or measuring calprotectin contained in the specimen of the gingival crevicular fluid or the saliva by immunoassay using immunochromatography. The inspection method of periodontal disease also includes: an inspection diagnostic kit of periodontal disease which detects or measures calprotectin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
