PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic wind type oxygen analyzer the measurement accuracy of which can be improved.SOLUTION: A magnetic substance 2 is provided inside a measurement chamber 11 formed in a body 1, and a magnetic field is formed inside the measurement chamber 11 by giving a magnetic force to the magnetic substance 2. A heating element 8 is provided at a location where the magnetic field is formed inside the measurement chamber 11, and a measurement gas introduced into the measurement chamber 11 is heated. The oxygen concentration in the measurement gas is measured based on a change of a resistance value of the heating element 8. Strength of the magnetic wind inside the measurement chamber 11 is changed by changing the magnetic force given to the magnetic substance 2 between a first magnetic force state and a second magnetic force state having strengths different from each other. Thereby, the resistance value of the same heating element 8 inside the same measurement chamber 11 is detected in the first magnetic force state and the second magnetic force state, and oxygen concentration in the measurement gas can be measured based on a change in the resistance value of the heating element 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
