PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-axis sensor module which has simple structure and can detect components of force in three-axis directions and a component of force in the direction of rotation around a one-axis direction.SOLUTION: There is provided the four-axis sensor module for detecting components of force in three-axis directions intersecting each other and a component of force in the direction of rotation around a one-axis direction among the three-axis directions. The four-axis sensor module comprises: an action part subjected to an external force; an elastic medium engaging with the one one-axis direction-side of the action part; a support part for supporting the one one-axis direction-side of the elastic medium; and three or more tabular detection elements which are disposed in the action part and in at least three places between one side of the support part and the elastic medium and which detect pressure acting on the action part or between the support part and the elastic medium, the engaging structure of the action part with the elastic medium being a fitting structure of a protruding stripe part formed at one of opposed end faces into a recessed stripe part formed at the other of the opposed end faces. It is preferable that the three places where the three or more detection elements are disposed exist between the support part and the elastic medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
