PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new electrode that is desirably used for an input device represented by a capacitance type touch panel sensor, has a chromaticity and reflectance (luminance) less different from those of a black matrix, is not visually recognized, and has a low reflectance, and to provide a method of manufacturing the electrode.SOLUTION: The electrode formed on a substrate has a laminated structure including, sequentially from the substrate side, a first layer formed of an Al film or Al alloy film, a second layer formed of a nitride film of Al-Cu alloy containing 10-13 atom% Cu, and a third layer formed of a transparent conductive film. In the electrode, the chromaticity coordinates (x,y) in a Yxy color system satisfy 0.19≤x≤0.32 and 0.19≤y≤0.32, and the stimulus value Y is 8 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
