The present invention provides an extrusion apparatus for a noodle making machine, which is capable of extruding noodles by discharging dough while pressing the dough of various grain powders (powders of various grains such as flour, rice flour, buckwheat flour, and others) using an extrusion screw, thereby adjusting thickness and elasticity which fit for grain types and consumer tastes when extruding the noodles. The extrusion apparatus (2) of the present invention includes: a shaft (9) which is rotationally driven by a motor (8); an extrusion screw (7) which is axially connected to the shaft (9) such that forward and backward sliding movements of the extrusion screw (7) are capable of being adjusted in a shaft length direction, and which is installed to extrude the dough in an extrusion body (6) on which an extrusion nozzle (17) is installed; an adjusting screw which is connected to the extrusion screw (7) and screwed to a screw housing (16) such that the adjusting screw is capable of being moved by forward and backward adjustments of the screw; a worm wheel (13) which is connected to the adjusting screw (14); and a worm gear (12) which is gear-engaged with the worm wheel (13) to enable regular and reversible rotations of the worm gear (12) by a servo motor (11). The extrusion apparatus for a noodle making machine of the present invention is capable of making noodles having desired thicknesses and elasticities according to various types of the grains. |
