The present invention provides an excellent resin composition which is cured by active energy rays such as UV rays, has excellent light sensitivity and developability while ensuring the hardness, flexibility, strength, flame resistance, and pigment dispersibility of the cured product at the same time. The composition includes a reactive epoxy carboxylate compound (A) and reactive polycarboxylic acid compound (B). The reactive epoxy carboxylate compound (A) is obtained by conducting the reaction of an epoxy resin (a) represented by the general formula (1), a compound (b) which combines a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group and a carboxyl group in a single molecule, and a compound (c) including a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group in the same molecule as needed. The reactive polycarboxylic acid compound (B) is obtained by conducting the reaction of the reactive epoxy carboxylate compound (A) and polybasic acid anhydride (d).
