PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system capable of improving energy efficiency.SOLUTION: An energy management system comprises: a heater 6 converting electricity obtained by a generator 3 by conversion to heat; a heat accumulation unit 7 storing the heat obtained by the heat 6 by conversion; mode switching means 12, 14 switching over between a heat accumulation mode for accumulating the heat obtained by the heater 6 by conversion and a radiation mode releasing the heat accumulated in the heat accumulation unit 7 to an engine 1; and a control unit 8 controlling actuation of the generator 6 and the mode switching means 12, 14. The heat accumulation unit 7 is configured to change to a solid first phase state if a temperature of the heat accumulation unit 7 is equal to or lower than a phase transition temperature, and to change to a solid second phase state if the temperature of the heat accumulation unit 7 exceeds the phase transition temperature, and the control unit 8 controls the actuation of the heater 6 and the mode switching means 12, 14 on the basis of at least one of a power storage state of a battery 5 and a conversion state of the generator 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
