PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer substrate to be used for an air gap part or a bonding part of a touch panel image display device, which has little curling even in a reduced thickness, which reduces initial coloring and yellowing due to long-term storage under high temperature and high humidity conditions, which has excellent flexibility and sufficient surface protective performance in a manufacturing process of a touch panel, and a touch panel image display device including the multilayer substrate.SOLUTION: A multilayer substrate 13 includes a protective layer on at least one surface of a base film, in which the base film has a thickness of 40 μm or less, and the protective layer is a cured product of an ionization radiation-curable resin composition comprising a cationic polymerizable resin and a radical polymerizable resin.
