PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape measurement device by an optical cutting method, which is capable of controlling light intensity of line light in each position in real time in order to keep intensity of reflected light constant.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional camera 1 comprises: a first digital micromirror device 14 for reflecting line light emitted to a measuring object OB; and a second digital micromirror device 18 for reflecting reflected light from the measuring object OB, which is reflected by an area sensor 16, toward a photodetector 20. Reflectance of cells in a predetermined area of a micromirror group of the second digital micromirror device 18 is set at 100%, reflectance of cells outside the predetermined area is set at 0%, and the position of the predetermined area is successively changed while reflectance of micromirrors in an area of the first digital micromirror device 14, corresponding to the predetermined area of the second digital micromirror device 18, is calculated and set based on a difference between preset signal intensity and intensity of a signal outputted by the photodetector 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
