PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker which enables heat of a heater to be reflected without using aluminum foil in a tray and provides the tray which is easily cleaned.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a heating chamber 21 which is installed within a body case 1 and has an opening part 21a on a front surface, the heating chamber 21 in which a heater is provided; a grill door 22 which opens and closes the opening part 21a of the heating chamber 21; a tray 27 which is stored in a manner such that the tray 27 is taken into or out from the heating chamber 21 as the grill door 22 opens or closes; and a gridiron 28 placed on the tray 27.
