PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably transmit an infrared ray signal to a ventilation device side while reducing the number of components.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a front operating portion 10 disposed at a front face side of a body case 2 and operating a heating portion, and is disposed at a lower side of a ventilation device. The front operating portion 10 has a housing 21 provided with an infrared ray transmitting portion 16 transmitting an infrared ray, and an infrared ray transmission unit 30 accommodated in the housing 21 and including a plurality of infrared ray emitters transmitting an infrared ray signal from the infrared ray transmitting portion 16 to the front face of the body case 2. An optical axis La of an infrared ray emitter 31a and optical axes Lb and Lc of infrared ray emitters 31b and 31c are different from each other in a horizontal direction with respect to a direction orthogonal to the front face of the body case 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
