PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate an expansion valve control delay resulting from a delay in the measurement of a thermometer.SOLUTION: A turbo refrigerator control device 30 comprises: a temperature correction unit 31 correcting a hot water inlet temperature and a hot water outlet temperature; and an expansion valve control unit 32 exerting a degree-of-opening control over a main expansion valve using the hot water inlet temperature and the hot water outlet temperature corrected by the temperature correction unit 31. The temperature correction unit 31 includes a condensation temperature acquisition unit 41 acquiring a condensation temperature from a condensation pressure; a temperature-difference computation unit 42 computing a temperature difference by subtracting a condensation temperature a certain period before from a current condensation temperature; a determination unit 43 determining whether an absolute value of the temperature difference is equal to or greater than a preset threshold; and a correction unit 44 adding the temperature difference to each of the hot water inlet temperature and the hot water outlet temperature if the absolute value of the temperature difference is equal to or greater than the preset threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
