PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle control device, which can suppress naturally unwanted starting of an engine from occurring due to a failure of an operation switch.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle control device, which comprises: command value changing means that changes a command value for adjusting a predetermined physical quantity when a user turns on an operation switch; physical quantity detecting means that detects the predetermined physical quantity; and engine start requesting means that performs a start request for an engine mounted on a vehicle in order to make the predetermined physical quantity with a quantity corresponding to the command value on the basis of the command value and the predetermined physical quantity detected by the physical quantity detecting means, further comprises: switch determining means that determines whether the operation switch is turned on or not when starting the vehicle; and command value setting means that when the switch determining means determines that the operation switch is turned on when starting the vehicle, fixes the command value to a predetermined value without changing the command value by the command value changing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
