PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration degree estimation device for highly accurately estimating the degree of concentration of a participant in job-related transactions during a conference or the like by considering a job-related human relationship.SOLUTION: An input section 5 extracts a feature amount relating to an activity of every participant at each time as a feature amount based on voices and/or video images from evaluation target data in which job-related transactions among a plurality of participants are recorded as voices and/or video images. A determination section 6 determines a job relationship between participants and/or a job title relationship between participants on the basis of text information that each of the plurality of participants creates for a job, thereby defining the calculated job relationship and/or the job title relationship as an external factor for the participants. On the basis of the calculated feature amount and the external factor, an estimation section 7 estimates the degree of concentration of every participant at each time in the transactions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
