PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of a rotary electric machine capable of fixing split cores in a shaft direction without increasing pressure received from the cylinder and without adding new components.SOLUTION: A stator 10 of a rotary electric machine is so configured that a cylinder 14 is mounted at a periphery of a stator core 12 constituted by annually disposing split cores 16 formed by stacking steel plates, and the plurality of split cores 16 is compressed from the periphery of the stator core 12 toward a center with the cylinder. Each of the split cores has recesses 28 at both end faces in a shaft direction and at the peripheral edge. The cylinder 14 includes a plurality of engaging parts 18 that are engaged to the recesses 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
