PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device that can simply set a device main body at a desired gradient and surely fix an inclination position of the device main body.SOLUTION: A terminal device has a main body, a pedestal for holding the main body so that the main body can be inclined, a projecting portion that is provided at a main body side to have a width in the right and left direction and capable of fixing the main body so that the main body is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the pedestal, and a groove portion which is provided at a pedestal side to have a width in the right and left direction and fitted to the projecting portion to fix the main body so that the main body is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the pedestal. The groove portion has a first area and a second area that are located in parallel in the axial direction of a shaft portion for mounting the main body on the pedestal. When the projecting portion is upwards moved with respect to the groove portion, the upper surface of the groove portion in the first area abuts against the upper surface of the projecting portion before the upper surface of the groove portion in the second area, and when the projecting portion is downwards moved with respect to the groove portion, the lower surface of the groove portion in the second area abuts against the lower surface of the projecting portion before the lower surface of the groove portion in the first area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
