PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a seat belt device that allows a webbing to be easily drawn out even when a guiding member is moved relative to the webbing.SOLUTION: A reacher head 60 can be relatively displaced so that a lower portion 62 fixed to a tip of a third rod 50 of a telescopic mechanism 44 and an upper portion 64 having a through-hole 66 formed can approach and separate in shaft directions of first-third cylindrical bodies 74-78 of a head guide 72. When a seat back is reclined in a state where a webbing is contacted with an upper portion of a rear end of the through-hole 66, only the lower portion 62 is moved down.
