PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for easy control on an application quantity of an adhesive enabling desired peeling strength to be obtained.SOLUTION: An instrument panel 10 includes: a cover material 20 which is formed from a base fabric layer 22, a cover layer 21 bonded to a surface of the base fabric layer 22 and a raschel knit, and which has a cushion layer 23 bonded to a rear face of the base fabric layer 22 by an adhesive 25; and a base material 30 bonded to the rear face of the cover material 20. A cleavage groove 31, which becomes an initial point when the base material 30 is cleaved by an expansion pressure of an air bag, is formed in a rear face of the base material 30. An application quantity of the adhesive 25 per unit area is set in such a way that a ratio of a destruction part of the cushion layer 23 to the whole of a peeled surface when the base fabric layer 22 is peeled from the cushion layer 23 falls within a range between 10% or more and 55% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
