PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiratory disturbance determination device and the like capable of further appropriately detecting the respiratory disturbance of a measuring object person by combining a plurality of detection systems.SOLUTION: The respiratory disturbance determination device includes: first detection means that detects presence of the respiratory disturbance when a respiratory waveform exceeding a reference amplitude is detected or body motion is detected after a lapse of 10 seconds or more in a state where the amplitude of the respiratory waveform enters an attenuation range obtained by multiplying the reference amplitude by an attenuation threshold; and second detection means that detects presence of the respiratory disturbance when a maximum value of a respiration peak of the respiratory waveform gradually increases 5 times or more continuously or the minimum value of the respiration peak is gradually decreases 5 times or more continuously. Even when the first detection means does not detect the respiratory disorder, if the second detection means detects the respiratory disturbance, the respiratory disturbance determination device determines that the respiratory disorder has been present.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
