PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held lawn mower having excellent safety which suppresses contact of an edge mowing guide with a cutting part being driven due to inclination or the like of the edge mowing guide even when the edge mowing guide contacts with an edge stone, wall, or the like when the hand-held lawn mower is used by a user.SOLUTION: The hand-held lawn mower includes: a cutting part 4 located at an outer front side of a housing 2, driven by driving force of a drive mechanism part, and cutting a cutting object G such as lawn; and an edge mowing guide 5 located on an upper or lower side of the cutting part 4. The edge mowing guide 5 includes: a guide body including a protection part located on a front or lateral side of the cutting part 4 in a plane view and an opening part 52a causing the cutting object G to be positioned at the cutting part 4; and a projection part 55 projecting from the guide body toward the cutting part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
