PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition that shows excellent adhesion to a metal surface of a reinforcement layer even when vulcanized by a hot-air vulcanization system, and can also prevent decrease in adhesive force even when stored for the long term, and also provide a rubber composition metal laminate, a vulcanized rubber product and a method for producing a rubber composition.SOLUTION: A rubber composition according to the present invention comprises 100 pts.mass of a sulfur-vulcanizable diene polymer, 0.5 pts.mass or more and 1.5 pts.mass or less of sulfur, and 0.5 pts.mass or more and 30 pts.mass or less of an organic acid metal salt hydrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
