PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rubber composition that has improved on-ice friction performance than conventional levels.SOLUTION: The tire rubber composition is characterized in that an olefinic resin elastomer having crystallinity of 1-30 pts. wt. is blended with a diene rubber of 100 pts. wt., and the olefinic resin elastomer has a rubber hardness of 10-50.SELECTED DRAWING: None
