PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when trying optical imaging of the interior of a diffusion absorber such as a living matter, the imaging of the interior of the diffusion absorber is very difficult in a simple observation system provided with a light source and an imaging apparatus because of great influence of light scattering.SOLUTION: High-sensitivity two-dimensional image (imaging) data in which light scattering of an observation object is suppressed can be obtained, by having a light-emitting device subjected to spectrum spread modulation and an imaging device (image sensor) for receiving a signal from the observation object irradiated with light from the light-emitting device, and by being provided with a constitution for performing a reverse diffusion signal processing in the imaging device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
