PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron fine particle high in saturation magnetization at 300K(room temperature).SOLUTION: A production method of an iron fine particle includes a preparation step 1 and a heat treatment step 2. In the preparation step 1, an iron fine particle raw material 10 including an iron nucleus 101 and an organic ingredient 102 to cover the surface of the iron nucleus 101 is prepared. In the heat treatment step 2, the iron fine particle raw material 10 is heat-treated in a hydrogen atmosphere. The heat treatment temperature in the heat treatment step is preferably 230°C, and the hydrogen flow rate during the heat treatment in the heat treatment step is preferably 100 ml/min or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
