The present invention provides a network device and an operation method of the network device which enable a terminal to disperse CCR-T and CCA-T messages for releasing signaling of a P-GW, that is, a GBR bearer or an APN in a communication environment using a communication service based on a session connected through a gateway device (S-GW) wherein the signaling of the P-GW is generated during disconnection of a session of a terminal connected through the S-GW when malfunction occurs in the S-GW, thereby avoiding a concerned situation like malfunction of a policy and charging rules function. |
