PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient buffer performance, such as buffering and quietness, without affecting the essential performance of a solenoid, and to ensure high stability and accuracy related to optimization and buffer function when combining with a solenoid.SOLUTION: A buffer device for solenoid includes: an auxiliary casing 11 projecting rearward Fsr when being attached to a rear end face 4r of a body casing 4, and also serving as a cylinder 12; a piston 13 fixed to a rear end 5sr of a shaft 5s in a plunger 5, and housed in the auxiliary casing 11; and a compression pressure regulation unit 14 for phase communicating a front chamber 12f and a rear chamber 12r of the cylinder 12 partitioned by the piston 13, by means of a communication unit 14h having a predetermined opening area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
