PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsified composition which exhibits storage stability, particularly excellent storage stability in a sudden temperature change.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified composition obtained by emulsifying an aqueous phase comprising an emulsifier and a higher alcohol, and an oil phase comprising a polysaccharide fatty acid ester. This invention particularly relates to an oil-in-water emulsified composition comprising, in the oil phase, at least one selected from the group consisting of p-methoxycinnamic acid octyl, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl benzoic acid hexyl, dimethoxybenzylidene dioxo imidazolidine propionic acid octyl, and t-butylmethoxybenzoyl methane.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
