PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire vulcanizer that can effectively reduce a vertical temperature difference of a vulcanization bladder in spite of a simple configuration when a vertical clearance between upper and lower clamp holding parts holding upper and lower ends of the vulcanization bladder.SOLUTION: A vertical clearance S between upper and lower clamp holding parts 5a, 5b respectively holding upper and lower ends of a vulcanization bladder 2 is 100 mm or less when a green tire G is vulcanized. An inclined part SL is formed by inclining an outer peripheral edge part of a top surface of the lower clamp holding part 5b toward the outer peripheral side, whereby a medium M injected from an injection port 6 is made to flow into the vulcanization bladder 2 through the clearance S to vulcanize the green tire G arranged horizontally inside tire molds 9a, 9b, 9c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
