A Y-balance tester according to the present invention measures the balance of a body, and comprises: a central footrest portion including a foot support having a pressure sensor; a first footrest portion which includes a first guide line and a first footrest, wherein the first guide line has a long bar shape and includes one end connected to a front surface of the central footrest portion and the other end heading for the front of the central footrest portion, and the first footrest has a pressure sensor, surrounds the first guide line and moves along the first guide line; a second footrest portion which includes a second guide line and a second footrest, wherein the second guide line has a long bar shape and includes one end connected to a left side surface of the central footrest portion and the other end heading for the left rear of the central footrest portion, and the second footrest has a pressure sensor, surrounds the second guide line and moves along the second guide line; a third footrest portion which includes a third guide line and a third footrest, wherein the third guide line has a long bar shape and includes one end connected to a right side surface of the central footrest portion and the other end heading for the right rear of the central footrest portion, and the third footrest has a pressure sensor, surrounds the third guide line and moves along the third guide line; and a control portion which is electrically connected to the central footrest portion, the first footrest portion, the second footrest portion, and the third footrest portion.
