A grid for preventing scattering of radiation by using a porous substrate is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the grid for preventing scattering of radiation comprises a porous substrate having a plurality of pores. A plurality of penetration holes are formed on the porous substrate in a grid pattern. A radiation shielding material is coated on a surface of the porous substrate on which the grid pattern is formed. Therefore, the grid effectively blocks scattering of radiation while increasing a transmission rate of radiation.
