The present invention relates to an oriental medicine composition including deer antler for treatment of female infertility and a preparing method thereof. The composition contains natural oriental medicine extracts such as deer antler and broccoli to increase the concentration of serum estradiol in female genital organs without side effects, thereby promoting oocytes maturation, growth of embryos, and proliferation of uterine endometrium stromal cells. Accordingly, the composition can increase uterine implantation of the embryos and promote uterine blood circulation to treat the female infertility. The method includes a step (C) of adding a solvent including mixed oriental medicine ingredients into alcohol, adding an EM activating solution into the alcohol, fermenting the solution, and distilling the mixture. The mixed oriental medicine ingredients include deer antler, broccoli, Atractylodes lancea, Cyperus rotundus, Rehmannia glutinosa, Lycopus coreanus, ginseng, Platycodon grandiflorum, Dendrobium moniliforme, Angelica tenuissima, Gentiana macrophylla, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Angelica gigas, Cinnamomum cassia, Zingiber officinale, Asiasarum heterotropoides, Paeonia suffruticosa, Ligusticum striatum, Inula helenium L., Poria cocos, Prunus persica, Dioscorea batatas, and black soybean. |
