The present invention relates to a system for automatically manufacturing a high-temperature ceramic disc, having effects in reducing wastes of a ceramic raw material with respect to punching, and significantly solving an environmental problem in accordance with the treatment of the loss portion. The system comprises: a bat tank for combining a cushion filling material and a ceramic fiber, supplying the slurried ceramic membrane, and storing the same; a bat roller having a plurality of mold filter units molded and processed to manufacture a high-temperature ceramic disk; a cycling felt having a continuous circulation process to transport a mill board of the thin ceramic disk to a making roller; a making roller for enabling the mill board to be repeatedly vacuum absorbed on the top of a flat steel plate, pressurizing and absorbing the same; and a flat steel plate for enabling the mill board of the thin ceramic disk to be vacuum absorbed on the fixed position, while being repeatedly circulated by a transporting means having the previously programmed control means. |
