Disclosed is a container for a microwave oven. According to the present invention, the container for a microwave oven includes: a main body (100) in which food to be heated is accommodated; a salt solution sheet (400) included in the main body (100) and generating steam including salt by microwaves generated in a microwave oven by including a salt solution; partition members (300, 310, 320) having a hole enabling the steam including the salt to pass through the same and dividing the main body (100) into a food accommodation unit (120) accommodating the food and a salt solution sheet accommodation unit (140) accommodating the salt solution sheet (400), by being installed in the main body (100); and a cover (200) closing the upper end of the main body (100). According to the present invention, when the container for a microwave oven including the food is heated by the microwave oven, the salt solution contained in the salt solution sheet is steamed by the microwaves of the microwave oven to evenly and rapidly heat and thaw the food.
