The present invention relates to a method for pretreating non-point pollution, preventing diffusion of a pollutant by simultaneously eliminating fluidity and pathogens of the pollutant by mixing and spraying a solidified drug and a small amount of a sterilizer on a liquid part leaked from the specific pollutant with an offensive smell such as livestock manure or food waste, and to a method for finally manufacturing an aseptic fermented compost by using the same. And the method for pretreating non-point pollution cleans around a livestock farm, thereby preventing infectious diseases in domestic animals, such as AI and foot-and-mouth diseases. And an aseptic fermented compost is manufactured by a process of re-fermenting the same by using a sterilized pollutant as a raw material to provide vegetables and the like not polluted by pathogens. And disclosed is a technology splitting the method of treating the contaminant into a generating step, a transferring step, and a final treating step and applying each stage. |
