The invention discloses a machine head improved structure for a code word machine. The machine head improved structure comprises a bracket seat, a front axle support plate, a rear axle support plate, a left sealing plate, a right sealing plate and a tooth-shaped code word rotating disk, wherein the centers of the front axle support plate and the rear axle support plate are provided with axle holes of the same sizes for embedding conical bearings; a driving main shaft is arranged in the conical bearings, is connected with a chain wheel, a locking screw cap and a baseplate in sequence, and is fixed in a matching way; both sides of the front axle support plate and the rear axle support plate are enclosed by the left sealing plate and the right sealing plate, and are welded into a cubic whole body; a lower port is fixedly connected with the bracket seat, an elevation angle is formed between the front axle support plate and the bracket seat and a side angle is formed between the front axle support plate and the right sealing plate; a positioning baffle plate is arranged on the outer side of the front axle support plate; the tooth-shaped code word rotating disk is connected to the driving main shaft in a sleeving way; a type matrix machine head is obliquely arranged above the tooth-shaped code word rotating disk, and is vertically matched with the tooth-shaped code word rotating disk. The structure has high accuracy, a fitting error between the structure and the driving main shaft is small, carved word patterns are clear and upright, and machining and adjustment become more rapid and reliable. |
