A powder weighing device comprises: a circular plate that rotates; a powder holding container that holds the powder to be weighed, that is fixed in a position eccentric with respect to the center of rotation of the circular plate so as not to be linked with the rotation of the circular plate and is mounted on the circular plate, and that is provided with, on the outer circumferential face, a slit for the powder to flow onto the circular plate; a smoothing part that is disposed above one location of a band section of the powder flowing onto the circular plate from the slit and expanding circumferentially with the rotation of the circular plate, and that smooths the band section of the powder; a scraper, the tip of which contacts a portion of the band section of smoothed powder, and that guides the powder to the outer circumferential edge of the circular plate, and drops the powder from the outer circumferential edge of the circular plate; and a weighing unit to receive the powder dropped from the outer circumferential edge of the circular plate and that weighs the powder. |
