PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator with a between-floors adjustment function capable of preventing a between-floors adjustment function from operating when a door of a cage is being opened.SOLUTION: An elevator with a between-floors adjustment function contains a cage frame in which at least two cages are connected along vertical direction, and has a between-floors adjustment function for adjusting a distance between the cages of the frame. The elevator with a between-floors adjustment function includes a detection means and a stop means. The detection means, at landing to a floor, detects open state of the door of cage. The stop means, when any door of the cages is detected to be opened, stops the between-floors adjustment function. |
