The present invention relates to a system-on-chip (SoC) which can transmit data packets to a display driver IC capable of controlling operations of multiple displays. The SoC of the present invention comprises: a first register; a CPU assigning first values to the first register in order to adjust a frame rate for each of the multiple displays; a tearing effect (TE) signal detection circuit detecting a TE signal output from the display driver IC; and a data transmission circuit using the detected TE signal and the first values to generate multiple frame rate adjustment signals and using each of the generated multiple frame rate adjustment signals to adjust transmission timing for each of the data packets which is to be transmitted to each of the multiple displays. According to the present invention, data packets including packet headers having a data ID for identifying each of the multiple displays can be generated.
