The present invention relates to a composition for preventing the formation of a biofilm and a method for preventing the formation of a biofilm using the same and, more specifically, to a composition and a method which can affect quorum sensing system that is a signaling pathway between cells by treating rhamnolipid, one of pseudomonas aeruginosa pathogenic factors, in a strain culture medium, and can effectively suppress the formation of a corresponding biofilm in a film in which a biofilm is formed based on the same.
