The present invention relates to a transaction intermediating device and a transaction intermediating method. The present invention comprises: a product information managing unit for storing and managing product information of at least one product; a relationship information managing unit for storing and managing relation information between users; a purchase processing unit for processing payment procedures at a cheaper price than a predetermined price when a purchase request for a certain product of which the information is stored in the product information managing unit is received from a first terminal, and only when the first user terminal agrees to distribute the purchase information to shopping friends; and a purchase information distributing unit for checking a second user who is the friend of the first user corresponding to the first user terminal based on the relationship information and for distributing the purchase information of the first user to the second user terminal corresponding to the second user, when the first user terminal agrees to distribute the purchase terminal of a certain product to shopping friends. By using the present invention, purchase information of a user can be used to induce another purchase by providing the purchase information for a shopping friend. |
